We will doing a unit on the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Government. Our Theme, "I am a citizen", will help us all make better connections with our roles and responsibilities as citizens.

ReplyDeletei like this blog butttt.i think that you should do many more subjects like math and things to do if you would want to do more math or practise area to practise on things you might need to practise on!!!!!!!!!!! also it might be cool if you could actully write our assignments down for people to work on if they forget or are sick also i think it would be cool in a way that people couldnt look at your grade but be able to look at it your own

ReplyDeleteI have heard, that beginning next school year, more types of information, such as grade reports, assignments, etc. will be available through school websites. One thing you will find as you move on to middle school is that many middle school teachers keep students and parents updated and informed through posting assignments, grades, and other info on teacher websites, and other places such as snap grades. Using internet sites for this type of information also involves a fair amount of work and constant vigilance on the part of the teacher in order to keep the information updated. In the end, although the benefits are there, making it work takes time.
Can you think of other ways to keep students and parents updated and informed on what is going on in the classroom?
I think the students should copy down what they learned and bring it home to their parents. Then, they should blog the information. That way our parents and you, Mr. Walls, would know that we listened in class.

And u need to put some more asinments on it ... and i would like it if we could look at are grades like lyndsey said!!!!!!!!!!!!! and u need to put more asinments on it. the asinments on it soud be stuff that we been working on. and when u are missing or ill and wee can do it on the computer and tha would be easy so can we do that if we re sick or missing ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i think the students should bring the stuff they learned in class home and show there parents so u will know we where lisinig in class so we wont get an F!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and get all a's that would be cool if we all got a's don' u think that would be cool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i don't want toget all F's. And i don't think any one els would whant to ether.
